Cosmo stands centered with Nova and Stella while a ring of small children meditate around a glowing pool. He expects the reflection to show four explorers and some kids. Instead the water shows a single calm alien shape — the shared stillness of everyone present, pooled into one image. The cavern's neon brain hums above. The pool wasn't reflecting faces.
