Cosmo holds a single coloured thread up toward a loom strung with a red-and-gold tapestry that is only half finished. The twist is the loneliness of the thread. By itself, in Cosmo's raised hand, it is nothing — a scrap of colour, meaningless. He could throw it away and lose nothing. But the loom shows what the thread does not yet know: woven in, at the right row, it becomes a flame in a phoenix's wing. The thread is not small. It is simply early. Its whole worth is waiting at a coordinate it cannot see from where it hangs. 💡 THE INSIGHT: A contribution can look worthless held alone.
