Cosmo points at a crystal-lined petrified log, its cut face glowing; Nova floats above; Stella tucks herself into a hollow trunk. Cosmo expects the inside of an ancient log to be dust and emptiness — whatever a tree was, surely it's been hollowed out by all that time. Instead the cross-section blazes. Every growth ring the living tree ever drew is still there, complete, the whole record of its slow years — except time has recopied it all in quartz and amethyst. Nothing about the tree was deleted. Its entire history was simply transcribed into a more permanent ink. 💡 THE INSIGHT: Time doesn't erase what you were. At its kindest, it just re-records your story in a material that won't fade. 📐 THE EQUATION: every year a tree lived + deep time = the same rings, rewritten in crystal 🚀 Cosmo: "I figured it'd be hollow inside.
