Cosmo, Nova and Stella stand with their backs to us, facing three glowing doors of stained glass and Persian mosaic. Cosmo studies the three lights and waits for one of them to reveal itself as *correct* — surely one door is the right answer and two are mistakes. He looks for the tell. There isn't one. All three glow with equal warmth, equal welcome. And the fog has quietly closed the way they came. The hall is not a test with a right answer.
